Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Just booted into karmic using a netbook. I like the panels to be the
minimum size (18px) on netbooks.
A few issues:
1) Cannot make upper gnome panel smaller than 25px (the number goes lower, but
the panel stays the same size)
2) Making lower gnome panel 18px makes the "show desktop" applet icon be
truncated
