Binary package hint: gnome-applets
The clock applet has its own internal time-setting tool -- however, a
more complete and more user-friendly tool is provided in gnome-system-
tools (time-admin). Because the first place a user is likely to look to
set the system clock is the clock applet, I believe some way to open
time-admin should be present in the clock applet -- either as part of
its context menu or in its preferences window.
