Thanks Milan - sorry, I've been quite busy with other things recently,
so haven't been able to give this much attention. I will mention this to
pitti and seb128 tomorrow and see what we need to do to get this in (as
we are rapidly approaching final freeze now and I'm not sure if anyone
will have the time to work on it). It might be that the time zone stuff
has to be cherry-picked as a SRU after release (we already have the
change to make DBus activation work in Karmic anyway)
