Binary package hint: empathy
Steps to reproduce:
1.) launch empathy in karmic live session
2.) choose the second bullet "No, I want a new account"
3.) in the first drop down there is only "jabber" and "google talk"
Expected: all protocols which are available
Workaround: close this window and go to edit->accounts or choose "yes,
I'll enter my account details now" in the first dialog
