Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: metacity
On my netbook, I installed karmic desktop beta. I use metacity. If I
move a window (mostly I do this because some dialogs are too large for
the screen) with Alt+mouse so that the top of the window is above the
top of the screen, I can no longer resize that window with the mouse --
instead, when left-pressing on the lower resize border of the window,
the context menu is shown as if I had done a right click.
