Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Steps to reproduce:

1. Copy a lot of files to a media (usb stick for example) so that
it's almost full

2. Delete some files on the media to free space

3. Try to copy a new file to the media

4. Operation fails because disk is full. User is confused.

Expected behavior:

"The media is full. Would you like to empty trash on it and
try copying again?"

This is related to #12893, but probably also applies to
non-removable media also.
