Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

In different situations the gnome-system-monitor applet accurately
reports 100% CPU usage but when clicked, the application doesn't show
any process as consuming higher CPU.

A side-by-side comparison of top and gsm shows the inconsistency (see
attached).

In the attached screenshot, one can see the gs process consuming CPU,
which does not appear in the gsm output.
