Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

I frequently use system monitor check running processes and stop
processes that have stalled or zombified. I cannot do this in Karmic due
to that fact that it itself stalls and appears to zombify when I try to
scroll the list of running processes. I expect System Monitor to
function as before or this really is one of the more severe regressions
I have discovered to date!
