I used the usual Ubuntu installer from the live CD, must have been ubuntu-9.10-alpha4-desktop-i386.iso I didn't use multiple layouts (don't even know what that is). The file console-setup is attached, I never changed it before today, so I guess the attached one is the one from the original install.
