Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor
now that i have installed kpowersave on my old laptop (seems that there
is a problem related to ACPI if I have properly understood the message
at start up "cutoff (1999) fails" (...) "acpi=force is required"), when
xubuntu starts, only desktop and icons are showing, whereas the menu
bars on top and bottom are not appearing AT ALL.
