Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

user interface issue -- something is wonky about using the mouse in the
sidebar in evolution in kubuntu. it may be a mouse focus issue.

i'm using plastik/plastique widget/window styles (it's easier for me to
describe it wrt this, but the effect is also true using qt-curve
styles).

in the sidebar, if all open/close triangles are white (unselected), it's
very difficult to open or close a folder. double-clicking does not
work, and there is no option in the right-button menu to open/close a
folder.

it is possible to open/close a folder by positioning the mouse *very*
close to the triangle and rolling over it to select it (it becomes
filled) and then left-clicking.

another symptom is that the focus stays with that selected folder for
subsequent mouse clicks, repeatedly opening/closing the folder unless
the mouse goes out of the sidebar and returns to it.
