Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

Steeps to reproduce:

1.- start a big download using wget -v
2.- wait some seconds to let the applet fill
3-  move the mouse over and out the system monitor applet and see how the graph 
fall to zero throughput 
4.- confirm that wget doesn't reduce the speed 

3 and 4 are inconsistent
