To Reproduce
Boot knot 1 cd, begin installation proces using icon on desktop.
At partitioning stage choose choose to manually partition.
Make some chages and apply.
Result
Confirmation dialog appears behind main window. In this way it appears the
partitioning program has locked-up, and the confirmation dialog is only found
by moving the main window out of the way.
Expected behaviour
Confirmation dialog to appear in front of main window.
