Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Here's a link to the stream: http://friskyradio.com/frisky_aac.m3u

It is expected that this stream is played smoothly and without any gaps.
Just like any MP3 stream for example.

But this stream sounds like a skipping CD from time to time. It is also
can be seen that it is constantly buffering so the progress bar never
fils. Actually, buffering progress bar looks like a volume meter rather
than a buffering progress bar itself :-)

I attached a video capture of what happening when I try to playback this
AAC+ stream
