Thank you for looking upstream, not sure how the google contacts
handling is working but we get hundred of bugs every week and have a
very limited number of people working on those and no evolution hacker
so it's not really something we can tackly easily, if you have easy
steps to trigger the issue I can try to ping upstream about it again
though
