Public bug reported: Binary package hint: yelp
I have an "AV LABS USB Digital TV Tuner" which works well on XP. It worked OK on Kaffeine on an Alpha version of Karmic. Then after updates the system locked up on start with the message "bulk messages failed". Then on the finished distro of 9.10, all was well until I activated the DVB Driver. Back to "bulk messages failed". I've reinstalled Karmic, and am wondering when it will be safe to activate the DVB Driver? I get no response from "TVTIME",it reports no source found. I'm a 67 year old newbie, enjoying seeing Ubuntu progress. Sorry if this is a nuisance.
