Public bug reported:

it isnt a totem issue per say i because it happens with all the video
players i have, and the problem can be temporarly fixed by changing the
resolution to 1024-768 then back to 1280-800 and suspending then waking
it up it works widescreen like it should. may have somthing to do with
the video drivers

videos aspect ratio it all tall and skinny, it fixes temporarily if i change
