Binary package hint: gnome-utils
when I try to suspend my system in 9.10 all updates to date, the
applications close normally and the screens dim normally. the secondary
screen then turns off while the primary screen is on but black and in
the upper left corner of the screen there is a blinking underscore.
nothing else happens the system will remain in this state until the
power button is held. below is system info and the pm-suspend.log file
