Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evince
pdfsync [http://itexmac.sourceforge.net/pdfsync.html] is latex package that allows one to synchronize between LaTeX source and pdf output. When used with a text editor and a PDF viewer that both support pdfsync, you can navigate from the source to the output and vice versa. xpdf and Okular already have built-in support for pdfsync. It will be very nice if this gets implemented in Evince some day. :-) ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Wed Nov 4 11:08:05 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/evince KernLog: NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: evince 2.28.1-0ubuntu1 ProcEnviron: SHELL=/bin/bash PATH=(custom, user) LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=pt_BR.UTF-8 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-14.48-generic SourcePackage: evince Uname: Linux 2.6.31-14-generic i686 ** Affects: evince (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- evince does not have support for latex's pdfsync https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/473995 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evince in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
