I have exactly the same problem as described in the original post, will
provide whatever info is needed.
However: I've no idea what:
'run evolution as CAMEL_DEBUG=all evolution >& evo.log'
exactly means. Does it mean I should close Evolution and then put:
CAMEL_DEBUG=all evolution >& evo.log
into a terminal...?
