Pedro, There should be a some help in a popup dialogue first time that apport is used (with a don't show this again checkbox), this help popup should have a link or button that would take you to the help system where a more comprehensive description of how to report bugs in launchpad is given. The help in the help system should outline setting up an account and the etiquette of using bugs.launchpad (in a posititve and friendly manner).
