Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

Using Startup Manager 1.9.12-1ubuntu1 trying to create a rescue floppy
disk (under the Advanced Tab). Program asks for me to insert a floppy
disk. Disk with data inserted and starts to try to format disk
(unfortunately write protect enabled). A message box with just 'Error'
is displayed. When I try to insert a new disk 'Floppy not found' is
displayed.
