Hi,
I'm a little confused over this issue.

Firstly, we never managed to find where the bug was, nor do we know
whether it was fixed by someone in the first place. Shouldn't we do a
little more intensive testing to see if this is still an issue? If we
had actually found the faulty code and fixed it, we could be sure it has
been fixed. Now that just two people have confirmed that they haven't
encountered it, do we presume it has been fixed? Has anyone actively
tried to print without (quote) "bombing it with X events" for us to be
sure that this is no longer an issue?

I have very little experience in software development and have zero
knowledge of how Ubuntu handles such issues. So if at all I am
absolutely wrong in what I am saying, don't consider what I'm am saying
rude. Consider it an attempt to understand how issues are handled.
(Thanks)

Umang
