Binary package hint: rhythmbox
It happens not always, randomly, 1 time from about 20 tries. I can
easily reproduse bug by clicking Play button as fast as i can. Several
seconds is engouh to reproduce. Even more, there is no need to click
fast, it happens in "normal" usage, although looks like more rarely.
