Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
When the desktop effects are running in Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.10, the
GNOME Power Manager 2.28.1 applet refuses to acknowledge that the AC
adapter on my Acer Aspire One A150 has been unplugged. Instead, it
claims that the AC adapter is still plugged-in and that the battery is
at a constant charge of 100%. Despite this, when the AC adapter is
plugged back in, it reports that the battery is charging. However, I do
not experience this problem at all when the desktop effects are
switched-off
** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
