DieterVDW : While I understand your frustration (that we all share, I think), your comment here isn't helping much as bug reports should be used to work on technical aspects of bugs, not to discuss. Upstream bugs are listed in the bug description (including the mozilla/xulrunner one which currently have a very promising patch for review). I can't say if Canonical can or can't fix this problem, but apparently that this problem is out of reach for Canonical as it depends on all upstream projects that use clipboard so I doubt that this has anything to do with Canonical, but I might be wrong. Nevertheless, we should only comment here to provide relevant informations about the bug and/or potential fixes.
