Are you sure? According to the gstreamer website there is only a
gstreamer0.8 version: see http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/modules/ I
can't see that it has been updated in gstreamer cvs since 0.8.
Also it's in a seperate package on the gstreamer site which as far as I
know has never been shipped by Ubuntu.
