Public bug reported:
1.Open the bottom panel's properties/general, cancel expand option and close
it;
2.Logout and login again, the bottom panel is't in the bottom of the screen and
the position of the workspace and trash has changed;
3.Open this panel's properties/general, choose expand option and set the
orientation is bottom;
4.Logout and login again,the position of the workspace and trash changed into
description of step 3.
Similar instance also be found at the top panel.
