So I'm happy to find somebody knowing what we should do. I've reported bug 
545714 [1] in Debian some time ago, because I didn't understand why main groups 
were not removed. If you can confirm that users should not be members of their 
main groups, I can stop forcing this as users-admin has always done, which will 
fix another issue, and make the bug report much more problematic.

Other than that, what are the complaints that still justify keeping this
report open?
