Binary package hint: empathy
I subscribe to approximately 10 favourite IRC Rooms and set them to
auto-enable on startup.
When connected, the rooms may or may not stay as tabs in the same
window. This is frustrating because I prefer all the rooms and chats to
be tabbed into a single window.
