James, I see you managed to get apport-collect to work properly. Very
good!
Looking at your volume settings, I see that you have just about every
item muted and/or turned down. Could you please turn up your settings
and unmute your speakers? Then, run 'amixer' in the terminal and
copy-n-paste the output back to this bug report.
