Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

Clean install of 9.04 64 bit ( I have burnt the 9.10 CD, what a mess )
Updated all packages.
Evolution started fine let me create the account set all the settings all
looked great.
Click on "send/receive" and it reports an error scanning Imap folders, which
sounds normal to me considering it has never asked for the password. I did not
enter any password on initial setup, it's bad practice.
Evolution never asks me for the password.

Do not suggest un-installing Evolution to do so would render Unbuntu
broken, I'm putting this in another bug report.

Evolution 2.26.1-0ubuntu2
$ cat /proc/version
Linux version 2.6.28-17-generic (bui...@crested) (gcc version 4.3.3 (Ubuntu
4.3.3-5ubuntu4) ) #58-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 1 21:27:25 UTC 2009

** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
