Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: nautilus
I'm using a rather virgin copy of Ubuntu 9.10 32 bit Desktop version (I
didn't change anything, except installing updates and some games).
Ubuntu correctly recognizes my USB key. I can transfer files from the
USB key to my HDD, but after some time, the transfer stops and after
several minutes, an error message appears and access to the USB key is
impossible unless the USB key is manually unplugged and replugged. This
leaves a corrupt (incomplete) file in nearly all cases. Transferring
files over 300MB is a matter of luck and files over 1GB is nigh
impossible.
