Seems Evolution team refuses to fix the bug saying that it is desired behaviour:
"This is really caused by the way of Evolution talking to Google calendar, but not Evolution's fault. They are preventing adding a meeting through CalDAV when you are not the organizer (here 'you' means an email associated with Google account on their site)." If this is not their fault, I wonder how come it works with google- calendar-provider in Thunderbird? -- cannot accept meeting invite to Google calendar https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/434262 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug assignee. -- desktop-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
