marionspd: I am very sorry but I have been trying for over an hour to recreate the problem you describe and have failed each time. I attached 3 screen prints showing the results from various providers of the test emails I sent and they all look fine but maybe I am missing something.
Here is a suggestion. Could you please create an offending email, click FILE then SAVE AS, save the example and attach it to this bug report? It is possible there is something specific about the emails you are generating that may be causing this problem or there may be something your provider's SMTP server is doing to the email that could be causing a problem.
