Binary package hint: evolution

When a custom view is created in Calendars-Views-Current View-Define
Views, you can then delete it from the list as the "Delete" option is
available (greyed out for the default views - as you would expect).

Unfortunately once you delete your custom view, the Delete option is
still active on a now selected default view, so you can now
(accidentally) delete these!

As per this thread: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=8517835 how
do you restore these default views?
