Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I have set the system to hibernate on low battery. If now the battery is
low and either the system hibernates automatically or I do it manually,
if further I plug in AC power after that and try to resume, the system
will fail to detect that AC power is plugged in and directly hibernate
again, so I have to resume twice effectively. Instead, while resuming
from hibernate or waking up from suspend, the flag for the action set in
power manager to be carried out on low battery should be unset if
running on AC power.
