These are the missing features, please have developers go through each
one and either set a goal to re-implement it or a reason for not
implementing it in gdmsetup:
# Install/Change the GDM Theme
# Change the GDM welcome message
# Turn on remote login
# Allow TCP logins to Xserver
# Enable multiple logins for a single user (used for concurrent VNC)
# Change login sounds
# Remove Shutdown/Reboot option form actions menu
