Binary package hint: notification-daemon
This bug is rather old, but I think it must be its proper Malone entry.
Immediatly after I login into GNOME, I type:
$ notify-send -u critical -t 0 "this is a title" "aaa aaa aaa bbb bbb
bbb ccc ccc ccc ddd ddd ddd eee eee eee fff fff fff ggg ggg ggg hhh hhh
hhh iii iii iii jjj jjj jjj"
and (as you can see in the attached screenshot) the bubble appears too
down. Almost half of the bubble renders off the bottom of the screen.
