Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

I've just had an interesting (imo) 2 bugs.
I was running my laptop on battery. I get NO notification about my low-battery
state status (1). I luckily saw my icon blinking, so I shutdown-ed / suspended
it. I had closed the lid, laptop managed to suspend and right after it, it has
woken up again while lid was still closed (2). It went to login menu. Is it
considered as a bug or a normal behavior? (2)
