Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

When I clean install ubuntu and run rhythbox to play songs from itunes
share ( from synology disk station ), it tells me about licensing
restrictions, but it correctly finds the mp3 codec. It installs it, but
rythmbox would not play the mp3s immediately. I had to restart rythmbox
for the mp3s to play.

The codec finder in rythmbox should automatically restart rythmbox or at
least advise the user that it must be restarted in order for the new
codecs to work.
