don't use libhal but libgudev instead (lp: #496025, #503409)
* debian/control:
- build-depends on libgudev-1.0-dev, libxtst-dev
- don't build-depends on libhal, libebook, x11proto-core-dev
- grammatical error fix in the description, thank Lesley Harrison
(lp: #501368)
- updated gstreamer and gtk requirements
* debian/rules:
- clean the .a and .la libraries
- don't use --enable-mmkeys configure option, it's deprecated
