I am adding detailed instruction about how to reproduce this problem.

0) Create a new folder on your desktop.
1) Put a jpg image in your desktop. Anyone. Wait until the small preview is
presented in the desktop (suppose the file is called image.jpg).
2) Run inskcape. Using open button from toolbar, open the image.jpg
3) Draw something over this image, like a rectangle.
4) Save this file and close inkscape. Does not change its name.
5) Watch your desktop. Wait until the small clock symbol appears, indicating
that a preview is under construction.
6) Try to click on the folder created in your desktop. It should not open and
nautilus should be blocked.
