GNOME Panel icons (on right side) move apparently randomly on session start
in some situations

** Description changed:

I have created shortcuts for force-quit and inhibit brightness on the
right hand side of my bottom panel. These shortcuts seem to appear and
disappear at will - a restart usually fixes the problem, but it is very
annoying to see that the shortcut I defined has suddenly disappeared.

- Additionally icons for battery/volume/wifi are rearrange at login on
- occasions - particularly the battery icon.
