Well no problem ;) ... and about the reproduction, it could sounds weird but, as fair as I know, I'm the only person that cannot reproduce it i.e. I'm the only person that got the backlight thingy workingall other users of fujitsu siemens amilo u3520 cannot make this... ;/ for example check this out: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-input-evdev/+bug/363326 i think the problem lives somwhere in the kernel but.. i'm not quite sure... if this help .. i can give all details what i did to get this thing working but.. the steps that helped me.. doesn't help others.. ;/ see the link I gave...
