Binary package hint: gimp
With the crop tool selected, manually setting the cropsize to be taller
than the image/screen can send Gimp into an infinite loop. It attempts
to draw the crop rectangle, which then flashes constantly, and Gimp uses
100% with no UI feedback and no redraw if the application is swapped to
another and back again. Stack trace attached.
