Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-applets
I have a Thinkpad X61s running Lucid. On coming back from resume the
cpu frequency is always stuck at the maximum (1.4GHz). I can change it
down using the cpufreq applet but it does not stick, and it seems like
it should. top shows that the cpu is mostly idle.
