@marc.hanish: Yes, it does depend on the availability of weather
stations. In particular, most weather web sites seem to refer to the
Berlin-Tegel station for the weather in Potsdam. This is also the
weather station that is used when "Berlin, Berlin, Germany" is selected
as a location.

There seems to be a small station in Cottdam, but the Berlin airport
station is still closer, and probably is much more accurate.

I am closing this bug report because it seems to me that there is an
acceptable solution. Please reopen it if you think there is still a
problem, and don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future. To
reopen the bug report you can click on the current status, under the
Status column, and change the Status back to "New". Thanks again!
