Michael: you may say it's wrong, but the developers may not agree with that. Therefore it would be wrong to demand this change to be reversed immediately. Of course you could argue for your case and convince the Nautilus developers that you're right, or convince the Ubuntu Desktop team to include a patch to fix this, but that would require action from your side. You also could provide a patch that solves this bug.
