I tried reproducing the bug with the website you provided, however I do not see a link to the .pdf that you mention in the description. Can you please let me know if there are any commonalities between the website and the .pdf that could be causing the problem? Have you found anything else that causes the problem? Once I have a better idea of a potential cause, I will try to reproduce this bug once more on a clean 32-bit machine.
